Refund policy

Because items at PH7Studio are personalized and customized, we have a no return policy. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days to get a replacement item created and resent. Original damaged or incorrect item may need to be returned by mail or photographed damage emailed to ph7studio@yahoo.com. 

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, damaged from shipping only and not damaged after unboxing. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items that have been damaged after unboxing may be able to be fixed for a fee.
